Classes are scheduled in Australian Eastern Time (AET/AEDT) as I’m based in Australia.
No. Because participants join from around the world, all live sessions are recorded. If the time doesn’t suit your time zone, you can simply watch the replay at a time that works for you.
Recordings are available for 14 days after the session.

Live classes take place online via Zoom and include the opportunity to attend the session live.
Paid Recorded classes are pre-recorded sessions. Once the scheduled session date has passed, you’ll receive the viewing link and can watch anytime for 14 days from delivery.

Bookings remain open until 30 minutes before the live session begins.

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
For live sessions, your Zoom link is included in this email and can be added directly to your calendar.If you booked a recorded class, you’ll receive a separate email with the viewing link when it becomes available.
